A Midsummers Night's Fairy

Stitched on 32ct Very Vintage belfast from Silkweaver Fabrics - before they sold the "Color Blooms" process to The Blended Needle (now defunct)

This was the piece I saw, while flipping through a cross-stitch magazine, that made me want to start stitching larger, more complex pieces on linen. I'd almost given up on stitching, burnt out on stitching teddy bears on Aida - but after deciding I wanted to do this, I threw myself into the hobby.
